Magnetic Note Board

Here is a magnet board what would look great in most any studio and is a project that would be easy to do. Find a vintage embossed tin tile for use as a magnetic board in your studio. These can usually be found at salvage stores or can even be purchased new and painted and distressed however you want. Find or make some 'inspirational word' magnets for use in holding your notes or ephemera in place. You can buy the magnets themselves and glue something unique on them using a strong glue. This could either hang on the wall or even sit on an easel near your workspace. Use it to hold reminder notes or inspirational images. This would definitely add some character to your studio and is a piece you could use in any room of your house as well. Much better than the basic open stock pieces don't you think?
